Support the CTSERF Foundation
The Counterterrorism and Security Education and Research Foundation (CTSERF) is dedicated to improving national and international understanding about all facets of terrorism. The CTSERF a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit charitable organization was founded because of the increasing rise of terrorism and the lack of private resources to deal with the problem.
The CTSERF is dedicated in supporting the International Association for Counterterrorism and Security Professionals, SEA Regional Office in its core activities and its efforts in research, training, education, scholarships and humanitarian aid. The IACSP is a not-for-profit organization working to support the CTSERF initiatives through the IACSP’s activities.
The IACSP Centre for Security Studies will be embarking on setting up a full fledge operational centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The IACSP SEA Region is in the process of acquiring funding to support the operations and activities of the Kuala Lumpur office. The IACSP will employ researchers and administrative staff in order to carry out the efforts of the CTSERF.
We are currently establishing working groups for the ASEAN, Middle East and African Region. We are planning to hire researchers and experts to carry out research and training on Political Violence and Terrorism, Maritime security threats, Piracy and in the Non-Traditional threats in the Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa. The IACSP SEA office will also carry out research on Weapons of Mass Destruction such as CBRN’s studies and training.
The IACSP’s training and education sector will concentrate on providing the needed knowledge on Political Violence, Terrorism, Cyber Security and Cyber Terrorism, Maritime, Aviation and Critical Infrastructure protection for the public and private sectors. The IACSP will provide these activities through its experts who have served in government and private organization who now support and work with the IACSP.
The IACSP SEA Regional Office is dedicated in providing knowledge and research on the consequences of security threats related to our mission. The IACSP SEA Region is seeking to generate endowment funds that will provide flexibility and autonomy to ensure continues support to the international community to serve as a source for training and research for current and future trends.
The CTSERF will accept donors with the intentions to carry out its research and training activities and to provide donor interest in their respective are of interest. Your generosity in funding and supporting the CTSERF and IACSP will provide resources to bridge the gap between financial aid, research and training.
Tax incentives-US Internal Revenue ServiceOrganizations/Persons resident in the United States of America
Donations and support made to the CTSERF are eligible for tax relief from the Internal Revenue Services of the United States of America. Please refer to US IRS homepage. Donations for special public interest promotion corporation are also eligible for tax relief. The special public interest promotion corporation is identified as promoting education or science, improving culture, advancing social welfare or otherwise contributing substantially to the public interest.
